Donglin Furniture Limited Warranty

Under Donlgin Furniture's Limited Warranty, all products manufactured and sold by Donglin Furniture are warranted to be free from any material and workmanship defects. The limited warranty commences on the original date of purchase and only extends to the customer who originally purchased the set directly from Donglin Furniture or one of our authorized dealers. Proof of purchase is required and in certain instances, photographs of the damaged products may be required as well.

 

Exclusions

Donglin Furniture's Limited Warranty is a residential warranty and does not extend to commercial use of our products. Any damage caused by improper use or assembly by the purchaser, freight damage, chemicals, normal chipping, scratching, fading, staining or discoloration, accidental damage repair or modifications by purchaser, breaking of glass, tile or stone, normal wear and tear, climate conditions and acts of nature are excluded from the warranty.

 

Shipping

Donglin Furniture assumes responsibility for shipping any replacement parts or damaged products that are covered under Donglin Furniture's Limited Warranty within the continental United States.

 

Extruded Aluminum Frame - 5 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will repair or replace an extruded aluminum frame in its original style (pending availability) if it has failed structurally (i.e. broken frame or welding) under typical use and conditions or if the frame finish has peeled (not scratched) within 5 years of the original date of purchase. If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality.

 

Steel Frame - 1 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will repair or replace a steel frame in its original style (pending availability) if it has failed structurally (i.e. broken frame or welding) under typical use and conditions or if the frame finish has peeled (not scratched) within 1 year of the original date of purchase. If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality.

 

Woven Resin Wicker - 1 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will repair or replace woven resin furniture in its original style (pending availability) if it has failed structurally (i.e. broken frame or welding) under typical use or conditions, or if the weave has come undone or substantially faded  within 1 year of the original date of purchase. If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality.

 

Non-Glass Table Top - 1 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will repair or replace a non-glass table top in its original style (pending availability) if it has failed structurally under typical use or conditions within 1 year of the original date of purchase. If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality.

 

Fabric - 1 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will repair or replace fabric in its original style (pending availability) if the cushion or pillow fabric has substantially faded or mildewed within 1 year of the original date of purchase. Sometimes replacement fabrics vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences and if identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality.

 

Vinyl Strap - 1 Year Warranty

Donglin Furniture will replace a vinyl strap in its original style (pending availability) if a strap has broken, faded or mildewed within 1 year of the original date of purchase. If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement during the warranty period, Donglin Furniture holds the right to supply materials of equal or better quality
