Return and Refund Policy 

 

RETURNS for items purchased directly from Donglin:
Donglin's return and refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or if defective, proof of defect documented. The item must have its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email support@donglinusa.net for a return authorization.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, marked down items are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.  Send an email to support@donglinusa.net for exchange authorization.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed that you returned the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as an item not in its original condition or packaging, or the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS

To initiate a refund, email support@donglinusa.net to get authorization to ship the item back with an explanation for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email confirmation that we have received your item. Final approval or rejection of your refund will be noted. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take up to a week before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.  Any inquiries regarding delayed refunds should be directed to sanderson@donglinusa.net.

SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx.

To return your product, mail your product to: 5947 Haase Road, DeForest, WI United States 53532.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and these costs are part of the price you paid. When you email for return authorization, you may inquire what that cost of shipping was. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of exchanges, the new item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
